What's not to love about Janis, when I hear someone talk about influential woman in rock history, Janis is at the top of my list. In fact she is reigning queen. Though her life was cut short, she managed to break the barrier of a male dominated rock world. She proved that a woman can not only front an all male band and hold her own, but that woman can be acknowledged and admired for something other than there looks.
